JUNE
29TH - New babies arrive
We are proud
to announce the safe arrival by c-section of 6 beautiful
babies. Sire is 'Paddy' our beautiful swedish import and
mum is 'Tess' our other gorgeous swedish import. Its a bit
early to tell but all puppies doing well. Watch this page
for updates.
JUNE
13TH - Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Vic. Championship
Show At
the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Victoria Championship
Show we had another very successful and enjoyable day.
With another great entry of over 100 Bernese and under
judge Ms S Yia-Mononen (Finland) - Paddy took Reserve
Challenge Dog over many top winning Grand Champion Bernese males and BEST
INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW. 2009 Paddy took Reserve
Challenge Dog and Best Junior in Show, 2008 Paddy took
Best Baby puppy in Show.
MAY
- New Puppies Blizzard
has been busy at Lyn Brands. He is now the sire of two
beautiful litters at Branbern Bernese (Lyn is co-owner of
Blizzard).
MAY
1st - Updated photos
Here
are some beautiful photos of Oska from Paddys first litter
at Branbern Bernese now 12 months old and growing up very
nice.
APRIL
3rd - Bunyip Agricultural Show Had
both Paddy and Tess entered today with great results with
Paddy taking Best of Breed (9points) along with Best
Intermediate in Group and Tess getting Bitch Challenge and
Runner Up Best of Breed.
So
far this year we've had great results with Paddy taking
BOB at all three shows he's entered.
MARCH
13th - West Gippsland Kennel Association.
Paddy
had another great result on quite a warm day taking Best of Breed
(12points)
FEBRUARY
26th - Blizzard's xray results
Another excellent result as Blizzard receives the best
hip and elbow scores.
Australian 0:0 Hips and 0:0 elbows (Graded Excellent). European grade A
Hips and 0:0 Elbows. Cant ask for much better. Look
out for Blizzard's babies later in the year.
FEBRUARY
6th - Paddy's first show for 2010
Paddy
had his first show back for 2010 taking Best of Breed
(11points) under Judge - S. Turner (Vic).

25th - Merry Christmas
Merry
Christmas to all our friends and Family.
OCTOBER
19th - Paddy kids
Come
back to this page soon to hear all about Paddy's new
babies due November. We are very excited and look forward to
updating this page with all the news and lots of
photos.
SEPTEMBER
15th - Paddy Son "Oska"
 
Today
we received some lovely photos of "Oska" who is
from Paddy's first litter. Oska is spoilt rotten and
lives with Bridget in Queensland. What a gorgeous boy he
is!
AUGUST
17th - New Photos of Paddy babies
We
received some lovely photos of a couple of the boys from
Paddy's first litter bred at Branbern. Lyn is very happy
with all the babies and we look forward to watching them
grow.
JULY
- No shows for a little while
Paddy
and Tess are still adjusting to different climates as
coming from Sweden and have decided to lose their coats in
the middle of winter here in Australia. So with no shows
for a little while we look forward to relaxing and just
enjoying life with our beautiful bernese.

27TH - New Champion Paddy
becomes Australian Champion (Aust Ch) Saterhundens London

13TH - Frankston & Peninsula KC. Championship
Show Paddy
takes Best of Breed with his friend/handler Ally. Thanks
Ally for looking after Paddy so well at the show. Tess
wasn't shown this day.
JUNE
7TH - Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Vic. Championship
Show At
the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Victoria Championship
Show we had another very successful and enjoyable day.
With another great entry of over 80 Bernese and under
judge Andrew Burt from Victoria - Paddy took Reserve
Challenge Dog over many top winning adult Bernese males and BEST
JUNIOR IN SHOW with Tess doing very well also taking BEST
OPPOSITE JUNIOR IN SHOW. Last year Paddy took Best
Baby Puppy in Show with Tess taking Best Opposite Baby
Puppy in Show.
JUNE
3RD - Paddy becomes a Dad! Congratulations
to Lyn Brand of Branbern Bernese on the arrival of 9 beautiful
babies sired by Paddy. There are 3 males and 5 females
going strong as
unfortunately one of the baby girls died. We look forward
to watching them grow and develop.

16TH - Hills and District Championship Show (NSW) At
Hills and District Championship Show in NSW not only does
Paddy take Best of Breed but goes BEST IN GROUP.
MAY
8TH - Northern All Breeds Championship Show (NSW)
After
finally growing is coat back Paddy is back in the ring for
2009. At the Northern Suburbs All Breeds Kennel Club Show
in NSW under an international Judge Paddy takes Best of
Breed.
APRIL
25TH - New photo added/Blizzard is home
Updated
our dog profiles and added a gorgeous new headshot photo
of Paddy. Blizzard is now home from quarantine and has
settled in very well. We look forward to watching Blizzard
grow and develop.

19th - Our new puppy arrives in Australia
Well
March has been an exciting month with the arrival of our
latest import puppy all the way from Norway. Blizzard has
a beautiful pedigree along with being just gorgeous. Watch
this page and our dogs page for all the updates on our
newest baby.

Visit

up. We are very happy with our Swedish babies and look
forward to lots more enjoyment with them in the years to

25th 2008 - Merry Christmas
Christmas
is upon us and we wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a
Happy New Year. We were entered at some shows this month
but both Paddy and Tess and blown their coats, so no shows
until they grow their coats back about March/April 2009.
NOVEMBER
30th - Morwell Championship Show With
a good entry of Bernese at
Morwell Champ Show - Paddy takes Best of Breed/Best
Puppy in Group.
NOVEMBER
7th,8th and 9th - Echuca Championship Shows
With
an international Judging panel at the Echuca 3 day Champ Shows Paddy takes Best of Breed all three
days, Best
Puppy in Group Saturday and Sunday,
Short listed for the Group Saturday and Sunday. Tess takes
bitch challenge/runner up Best of Breed Friday and Sunday.
OCTOBER
25th - Euroa A & P Society Championship Show At
Euroa Champ Show Paddy takes Best of Breed/Best Puppy
in Group. Tess takes Bitch Challenge.
OCTOBER
18th - Whittlesea KC Championship Show
At
Whittlesea Kennel Club Champ Show Paddy takes Dog
Challenge/Best Puppy of Breed over adult Grand and
Australian Champion Males. Tess takes Reserve Bitch
Challenge
SEPTEMBER
5th, 6th and 7th - Bairnsdale & District Championship Show
At
Bairnsdale and District Champ Shows Paddy takes Best of
Breed/Best Puppy in
Group/Best Puppy in Show on the
Friday and Best Puppy In Group on Sunday. Tess takes Bitch
Challenge all three days and Minor Puppy in Group
on the Friday.
JUNE 8th

Paddy and Tess attend their
first show in Australia. At the Bernese Mountain Dog
Club of Victoria championship show under judge Mrs T.
Brown (Canada) with one of the biggest entries of
Bernese (89), Paddy takes Best Baby Puppy in Show
and Tess takes Best Opposite Baby in Show
